Job Summary:
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Your positive attitude, strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail will  contribute to the overall success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes
- Schedule appointments for clients and follow up on outstanding inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our systems
- Process policy changes, claims submissions, and billing inquiries efficiently
- Provide support to the insurance agents in daily operations and client communications
- Educate customers about additional products and uncovering opportunities to meet their evolving needs
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
- Stay informed about our products, services, and industry regulations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent + customer service experience
- Spanish speaking preferred
- No prior insurance experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software
- A valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
